A new appearance package and a tech upgrade highlight the changes for the 2023 Nissan Titan and Titan XD trucks. Well, that and a small price increase.
Living on for another model year, the 2023 Nissan Titan has small updates with no powertrain or other big updates. The Nissan Titan has been rumored to be killed off a lot in recent years, however, it isn’t done yet.
Kicking off the list of updates for the 2023 Nissan Titan is the Midnight edition on the Titan crew cab SV trim.
This midnight edition follows with what Nissan has been offering elsewhere in their lineup.
Highlights for this trim are black exterior and interior trim and black 20-inch wheels. This package costs $1,990 to add.
Another change is wireless Apple Carplay for the PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve trims.Â
The 2023 Nissan Titan will come in two varieties — a regular half-ton truck and a heavy-duty half-ton truck called the XD.
Both utilize the 5.6-liter V-8 engine mated a 9-speed automatic transmission putting out 400 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque WITH premium fuel.Â
The trucks come in either a king cab (extended cab) or crew cab configuration. It is offered in a variety of trims: S, SV, PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve.
Pricing starts at $40,605 for the Titan S King Cab 2WD truck.
For the XD, it comes with a 6.5-foot bed and only in 4WD. It is also about 12 inches longer than the standard Titan truck. Pricing starts at $49,135.
Finally, both trucks come with a suite of standard safety equipment and one of the best warranties in the truck business with 5 years/100,000 miles of coverage.
For a truck that doesn’t get a lot of changes, we find the $890 to $1,700 price increases intriguing. Here’s a full list of increases, including the $1,795 destination fee.
