New 2024 Toyota Tacoma JBL portable speaker teased

Share

Another day and another teaser image for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma with this time a JBL portable speaker showing the Tacoma will rock!

The teaser image is part of a broader campaign for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma to build up excitement for the all-new model. We have seen new rear disc brakes, ARB bumper and some design clues for the TRD PRO model as well as other teaser images.

Toyota revealed the teaser via email this time, not Instagram like in the past, with the password of “TacoRocks” and yet there’s more to it than that.

First, the JBL speaker looks like a bluetooth connected model with wireless charging on the dash. It is probably also weather proof and portable within a certain distance to the truck. These kinds of speakers have become popular for listening to music while relaxing on a trail or campsite.

That is an interesting design feature and I’ll be interested to see how people modify it to stand out even more like with inlaid lettering popular in the truck crowd.

What to expect from the 2024 Toyota Tacoma

All of this is based on educated guesses and spy photos.

The bottom line

More teasers are coming as Toyota builds up the excitement for the new truck. While the when it will be revealed is still a secret, the more clues we get, the more there is to talk about. Maybe we will be back with more next TacoTuesday or … maybe we can finally see the full truck. Stay tuned.

I notice the screen in the bottom corner of the first picture…seems it will be a stick on similar to Tundra. I was hoping for something with a little more of an integrated look…..but maybe it is better than I imagine. A neat feature for those who might use it, but I probably would never end up using it.

The slow roll out is getting super old though…..
