In this quick-look video of the 2021 Infiniti QX80, Tim is getting ready to pack up the family to spend a weekend in South Dakota. They’ll have plenty of room in this luxurious three-row SUV, and the all-wheel drive will be great for any winter conditions they might experience.

The 2021 Infiniti QX80 gets an interior makeover

The Saraha Stone interior is a new offering for the all-new Premium Select appearance package. It’s a beautiful light camel brown with some darker brown accents. Also new for this year is the digital display mirror that shows a video view of the area behind the car, eliminating the blind spots a traditional mirror has.

The 2021 Infiniti QX80 has two separate screens in the center of the dash. One for media, and one for controls and settings. It’s like split-screen, but not. Perhaps in the future Infiniti will find a way to use one large screen, but for now, this works.

Behind the power-fold, third-row is a 12-volt outlet for powering larger devices.

On the outside, QX80 is a beauty

Just look at that deep, dark blue with the bronze accents in the grille. The color-match, black accents and shiny 22-inch wheels add to the luxurious appearance.

Plenty of power under the hood

The QX80 has a 5.8-liter engine that provides plenty of get-up-and-go for any road trip and the estimated fuel economy for this beast of an SUV is 13 mpg in the city, 19 mpg on the highway and 15 mpg in combined driving. The only real downside is to get these numbers, you have to fuel it with 91 octane gasoline.

Tim is anticipating a super smooth ride and lots of power for this road trip and we’re looking forward to hearing from him again when he gets home.
